On December 6, it was that time again: OIT GmbH had probably its best Christmas party since the company was founded. This year we were able to enjoy a very special location – the Hotel Walhalla in Osnabrück. A house full of history, an extraordinary atmosphere and a team that warmly accompanied us throughout the evening. The personal welcome alone made it clear: We are not just guests here, we are welcome.
An exclusive room – an evening all to ourselves
For our celebration, we had a special room in the Walhalla at our disposal, where we were able to come together undisturbed for the entire evening. Warm lighting, elegantly laid tables and an intimate atmosphere were the perfect setting to look back on the year 2025 together.
The menu was a real highlight: fine starters, an aromatic beef broth as an intermediate course and a main course that delighted even gourmets – accompanied by special drinks and attentive service. A pleasure on all levels.
Words that move – Focus on personal moments
A special part of the evening belonged to Andreas. In an emotional speech, he talked about the hurdles and challenges that had to be overcome before OIT GmbH was founded. But above all, he emphasized one thing: Every single person in the team is important.
Andreas found personal words for each employee and presented them with a small gift – a moment that shows how strongly team culture is practiced at OIT.
Jan also took us on a journey through the history of OIT. With pictures of earlier Christmas parties, he provided laughs, nostalgia and the odd “Do you remember?” moment.
Eric shared his very personal OIT momentthat moved many of us. His words were a reminder of why we do what we do – and the value of working together.
Everyone was then invited to briefly share their own thoughts. The result: honest insights, gratitude, warmth – and lots of hugs.
Digital fun: Justin’s Valhalla quiz
Of course, some interactivity was also a must:
Justin, who at OIT manages all of our social media and website content responsible for all our social media and website content digital Valhalla quiz prepared. Everyone could play along live via QR code – great fun and a perfect icebreaker between the program points. Just as with our daily content work, Justin showed once again that he’s the man to call when it comes to creativity.
Since December 2025, we have also been supporting Hotel Walhalla in the areas of marketing, design and social media. A great accompanying aspect that accompanied us through the evening with nice conversations between both teams.
An evening that no one will forget
By the end of the evening, we were all in agreement:
That was the best Christmas party OIT has ever had.
A perfect mix of emotional moments, good food, inspiring conversations and a team that stands up for each other like a family.
Thanks to the Hotel Walhalla for the great service, the warm company and the room, which made an unforgettable evening possible.
We are already looking forward to the new year – and to everything we will achieve together.
