Olbricht IT becomes OIT GmbH – we take the next step
As of 01.11.2025 the former sole proprietorship Olbricht IT into the OIT GmbH will be transferred.
This will ensure the long-term continuity and stability of our company and create a modern, future-oriented structure.
This page also serves our statutory duty to inform in the context of the conversion.
What remains the same for our customers?
Nothing will change for you as a customer:
Same team – the people who have accompanied you so far remain on board.
Friendly atmosphere – We continue to work in an open, relaxed atmosphere, both internally and with you as a customer. You can get an insight here:

Same services – Microsoft Cloud, modern websites, automation with Power Platform, Odoo & individual business apps.
Same contact details – E-mail addresses, telephone numbers and contact persons remain unchanged.
Existing contracts – All existing contracts, agreements and services will continue as normal.
The management of OIT GmbH remains in the hands of
Andreas Olbricht (Managing Director and Partner).
Important note for suppliers
There is an important change for our suppliers:
From 01.11.2025 all invoices must all invoices must be issued to OIT GmbH must be issued to OIT GmbH.
Invoices that are sent to “Olbricht IT” can no longer be paid and may have to be corrected.
The content of the collaboration will not change – only the company name.
